Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All Sessions require a retainer fee to reserve your date/time.  Retainer fees are nonrefundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Weddings must be cancelled within 4 months of the wedding date in order to get a refund on any monies paid.  Retainer fees are non-refundable.  

Mileage fees:

Mileage fees are calculated at $0.50 miles roundtrip.  Clients pay mileage when sessions are over 30 miles from Greene. (so you get 60 miles roundtrip for no charge).  So if you location is 50 miles one way from Greene (100 miles roundtrip), Client will be billed for 40 miles at $0.50/mile for a total fee of $20.00
